Hotel was really good!

Room is excellent and clean, no mineral water provided, room provided a filter machine but need to fill with the pipe water, the problem is the water tank can't dismantle to wash and seems not really clean, dusty, how to pour water inside a not so clean water tank. Not restaurants nearby, need to walk for 10min for a hawker centre and shaw plaza for dinner. Breakfast so so. Lotus vegetarian restaurant upstair is delicious, highly recommended.

整體來説 這是一次好的體驗 性價比還可以 房間空間足夠 早餐雖然簡單 不過還可以 地段不是最佳 附近沒什麼商場和地鐵 不過巴士可以到 特別要贊許前臺小姐 服務態度挺好 很會幫客人著想

Was a short travel of 2 nights. Hotel was clean, Staff was helpful and did help me catering my baggage. I was way too early on the check in day. Check in and check out process was smooth. Bed was great with great pillows options. Room was just nice but i suppose the working table was a little too small. The rest was alright, breakfast was meh too... the garlic naan was bad. hard as rock and wasnt heated up good. Dhall was bad too just watery... :(((
The only thing that i took a lot of mind with is the speed of elevator, there is only 2 elevator to rooms. And there is about 19 floors ? thats way too less. One extra elevator was just for parking. I suppose more improvement can be done here. The speed of elevator could be speed up too at least... door opens before closing even if you pressed close.
(if not gonna build another one, at least speed it up) this i was disappointed.... the rest was ok.. 3.7 / 5 i guess ?

Hotel was overall a good stay, breakfast buffet was not bad, location of hotel near eateries and shops. pillows were abit soft but overall very good stay, would come here again

第二次住了，房間很整潔乾凈。設施維護得也很好。服務人員會提醒一些細節，比如是否需要拖鞋、附近的餐廳具體位置等。可以用普通話直接交流，沒有障礙，對於一開始不熟悉新式英語發音的國內旅行者很友好。
