Hotel room size and layout is good and functional. At least we can open 2 large suitcases at one time. one large wash basin in washroom. However there is no door at shower area. Water splash inside dry area during shower. Wait time for lift is fast since there is only total 12 levels. Breakfast is basic and below expectation. 900m to MRT station not very convenient if you carry large luggage. No slipper, vanity pack, shower cap in bathroom. We have to collect them ourselves from the reception counter.

Good location. Should indicate MRT location and bus service to the city. Everything is fine except for the carpet in the room, way too dusty and unfit for use or guests health hazard.

The hotel is very new and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I left my ID at the front desk when checking in and the staff only called me after 8am to not disturb me at night. Located at a distance from the MTR station but there are plenty of buses, and it's lovely neighborhood! Would stay here again the next time I'm in Singapore.

We made the booking around 1 week before check- in date, but when check- in, they arranged us to the smallest room (seeing from floor plan). We book 20 sqm., but what actual is only about 13-14 sqm. After calling to reception, we were informed that only twin room available now (but double room is actually still can be booked....). We really cannot accept this, since book this hotel because of room size, because we need to open the big luggage after long trip. Hotel finally arrange us to the accessible room which no any table in the room, then we need to bring the food eat at the lobby... This is such a bad experience ever, because i believe in IHG chain hotel. But the service is not even close to be called as chain hotel.

Really enjoyed staying in the hotel due to the location, cleanliness and the service. The view was amazing from the pool as well.

前臺非常友善，知道我生日特意準備咗免費飲品券俾我換咖啡。以呢個價錢系新加坡住呢一個大小嘅房間十分滿意。房間整潔舒適完全冇任何問題。到市中心嘅話要行10至15分鐘搭幾個站地鐵，如果直接打車亦都唔會好貴。

第一次入住這個holiday 您，房間空間很小，窗戶也很小，被子很干凈，但是被套不透氣，晚上老是被出汗熱醒。其他方面都不錯，很干凈，隔音也不錯。
